Fully automatic tire changer designed to operate on truck, bus, agricultural and earthmoving wheels up to 56”.
Automatic translational movement of the tool-holder carriage. Fully automatic tool arm lifting and rotation. Possibility to operate with a free disc (not locked): in this way, the disc is always in optimal working position, with less effort for the operator and faster execution.
Universal hydraulic self-centering chuck to clamp rims from 14” to 42” (up to 56” with optional extensions). The jaws have 5 clamping points to ensure an optimal clamping of any type of rim. Spindle with two rotation speeds in both directions. Central hole minimum diameter clamp: 115 mm.
The hydraulic unit is equipped with a valve to adjust the operating pressure of the chuck, allowing to handle all types of aluminum, alloy and any kind of weak or thin rim.
Equipped with stand-by function and emergency button.
